What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
What is your return policy for kitchenware and dinnerware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used cookware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are Gibson Homewares products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic and glass products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with metallic accents or specific non-stick coatings may require hand-washing. Please check the product description or the stamp on the bottom of the item for specific care instructions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?
Because homewares can be fragile, we take great care in packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging to receive a free replacement.
