Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items back into their original Gibson Homewares packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
